PRIOR TO
booking

When booking for your event, please be mindful of the dimensions of the unit and the area required around and ABOVE it. It is recommended that ½ the height of the unit be open and clear around all sides. Prior to booking, please also review our “service area” page to ensure you are located within the “free” delivery area. If you are not, contact us BEFORE booking online to see if we can accommodate your request.  Your deposit is paid upon booking and your contract will be emailed shortly after. Your e-signature is required on the contract within 24 hours of receipt to finalize your booking. Please contact us prior to booking if you’re holding your event anywhere other than a home residence. 

On all bookings it will note an "8 hour" rental window. This is simply a placeholder and a specific drop off and pick up time will be scheduled on an individual basis for everyone that books with us. We do our best to work with everyone's scheduled event while also working within the limits of our time constraints, daylight, etc.

At this time, we do not provide inflatable rentals on Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve or New Years Day. Easter is available for residential rentals only. Thank you!

            of our inflatable rentals have a Watchdog system included. This device alarms at any sign of leak and/or deflation in the inflatable system, alerting bouncers to exit the inflatable until the pressure is restored and is safe for use. The ASTM (American Society of Testing & Materials) requires these sirens for any inflatable over 8ft tall, due to the tip-over risk associated with the unexpected deflation of an inflatable unit.
